Being the Council and National Platform of Non-Governmental Organizations, Mauritius Council of Social Service (MACOSS) on behalf of its member affiliates (NGOs), had put forth proposals during the “Pre-Budget Consultative Meeting” with Dr. the Honourable Renganaden Padayachy, Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development.
